I started to lose a lot of hair when I was 16. Now I am 17 years old and I can see a lot of thin hair and my hairline is receding. I went to a doctor and he prescribed me a shampoo and minoxidil solution.
My dad is bald but both of my grandfathers had no signs of balding before age 60.
I have a unhealthy lifestyle too. I am just a teenager and I smoke too. Please help me and tell me what to do.
