Help. I'm a 16 year old boy losing hair. I had faced dengue last year in August and hair loss began in October 2016 and had reduced now. But I can't see any regrowth. Please help. Hair have little white things at end or sometimes nothing. My hairline is not receding but there is thinning on top and I can see my scalp through my hair. As a teenager it kills me to see this and I cry a lot when alone because I had thick hair a year ago. My dermatologist has prescribed me to take follihair-A tablets and start using mintop lotion.
Pics of fallen hair included

Everyone has those white bulbs at the end of their hair, even non balding people. We cant judge if you are losing your hair without giving us GOOD QUALITY pictures of your hair. Its unlikely to bald in your teens but it does happen. Is your dad bald? Does balding run in your family? We need to know these things before we can give a good indication for you.

Not sure about that person but my scalp is visible when sun is shining or when i don't wash it, i know there used to be more hair there. Theres also alot of hair shedding and if i run my fingers through i get atleast 5-10 however my parents aren't bald. What treatments should i start?

That depends on how old you are and how much you want hair haha :) i would start on finasteride 1mg if you are 18 or older.

My dad is bald at the top but he started balding in his thirties but he still has hair on sides and back and thin hair on top. And also it's been a year since I contracted dengue but the hair loss ain't stopping, can minoxidil do the trick for me?
