Hi, Everybody,

I have substantial diffuse hair loss. I had three transplants a few years back but I'm not overly thrilled with the work of my surgeon. My hair is continuing to thin and I would like to see if there are options for me besides transplantation.

I am looking for someone who is kind and will tell me the truth.
