Definitely does look like it's thinning, but overall it's not that bad. Hard to know for sure without older photos for comparison.
Oh, it will. It will.
Basically, since it's in the early stages you have a choice to make.
1.) You can go to your doctor and get a prescription for finasteride (Propecia) and Minoxidil (Rogaine)
The Pros: This combo is almost certain to stop your hair loss
The Cons: The side effects of finasteride are too much for many to deal with and they hit many like a truck. You also must do them indefinitely
2.) Hang on a few years for the emerging technology and save your money. Maybe use minoxidil to keep thickening what you have.
The Pros: The science, especially regarding Tsuji, is extremely solid and already being put into motion to be available sometime around 2020. It's not like snake-oil of old, a fix is functionally possible in the near future. You will also not have to deal with finasteride side effects.
The Cons: Won't stop your hairloss in the meantime, there is always a chance these companies technologies will arrive a bit late, you'll likely have to take a vacation to Japan.
Either way, you're taking a gamble. I sadly had to stop doing finasteride because of side effects so I'm currently going with method 2.
