Since starting finasteride this year I've been through the worst sheds of my life. I know from lurking here that this means that it's (possibly?) working. Now I have a bunch of uneven hairs on/behind my hairline. They vary wildly in relation to the rest of my hair, which is quite long for a male. Never experienced this pre-finasteride.
Most progress pics here feature men with MUCH shorter hair, so I'm not sure if these uneven hairs are a positive sign for regrowth. I guess common sense would dictate that I won't just grow back hair at full length, but I would love to hear from other long-haired guys, especially in regards to regrowth/recovering from a shed.
