Gynecomastia And Hyperandrogenism Is It Possible ?

Started talking finasteride about 5 months ago hair got better for a while no shedding scalp pain or itchiness but in the past two my scalp has been very painful somewhat itchy shedding alot and have a slight increase in acne and facial hair growth, but I also got mild gyno with the finasteride and I'm not sure if you can have gyno and Hyperandrogenism at the same time. Am I paranoid or what?

And gyno as well. Not the greatest start to a rest of your life needing to use product.
