It will be interesting to see the difference between the Farrell wig and the BA korean one.
You are right there is a lot of excitement surrounding the new Korean wigs that BA is offering and for me,from what i have seen so far,is that the ventilation of those Korean wigs look awesome!! :punk:
Still keep us all posted with what you honestly think and how they compare and also don't discount Toplace or HD.
In this game it really is a case of trying different places and tweaking your specs till you find that winning formula for yourself.

ya sure mate, i have just ordered the piece ..like 5 days ago, so i guess you wont be seeing pics of that korean piece for a while.
but i must say, with Farrell, as it's my first piece , i am very much satisfied with the look and the feel of it.

I am still trying to shop around for the best scalp cleaner and the most effective piece cleaner ( you know those 2 weekly cleaning that you gotta do on them ? )
Farrell has given me Absolve and 99% isoprop Alc... but if i wanna order more suppplies... they are like... 60 bucks a bottle... and personally i think thats a bit too dear... having already spend a fortune on the 2 pieces.

Can you please share your knowledge as to what and how should i go about cleaning my scalp and my hair pieces... plus what would be the best place to buy them ??

i tried uploading my close up pics last night but this website is a bit funny.. sometimes it doesnt take my pic and keeps uploading for ages before eventually "timing out" the session...
but will try again tonight when i get back home.

Cheers

The only good thing I ever saw on a Farrell hairpiece is they make a nicely-graduated hairline. If they have changed factories in the last couple of years, then maybe their hair isn't all dried out and brittle like it used to be.

dont really know about any hairpieces just as yet except the Farrell one as that's what i have on right now. ( my first one )
To be honest, this is the first time even holding a hair piece in my hand...
i must say its a good looking piece, people have not even given my hair a second look... it feels amazing...
but then again, i suspect that if Farrell can do it why cant BA and Toplace.. so i am on a quest to figure that out myself.. i have ordered one from BA and will soon be posting pics.
But the real test will be when i wear both pieces for a while and then get to know how it really is to wear them and how it feels after the initial 2 months...
...

All you need is 99% isopropanol alcohol and a citrus based solvent like C-22 for removal and clean up,both are available very cheaply on e-bay.
Soak your bond with the 99% and lat sit for a few minutes then gently remove the wig starting from the back.Let the wig dry out whilst you spray your head with the C-22 and rub in.Afterr a few more minutes take an old credit card and scrape the glue off your head and peel off the tape,if you use tape.Have a shower and scub your scalp using one of those exfiloator gloves to remove any dead skin and get your scalp sqeeky clean.
Before you attatch again clean your scalp once more with the alcohol.
Next clean your lace using the mirror slide technique and you are good to go.
Hope that makes sense,if not then check out the forum boards at BA or Toplace for other useful tips.

I agree, 99% isopropyl is a very cheap and effective way to clean. We sell it for £3.99! Also, C22 is good but has a citrus smell, you can try Walker's leave release as an alternative, available in dab ons and 4oz spray bottles.
And you can use an old toothbrush to clean up, just dab it in the iso and then you can really get in to clean up the stubborn lumpy bits of coagulated adhesive.
I don't know where you are, but if you're in the UK you can get it from us, just search for Afrodite
