I started back with Propecia and I use an insane amount of RU daily. Nothing is slowing the shed. I have topical steroids too. My temples have thinning out entirely there is no more NE1 it’s a diffuse as f*** mess.

I’m just worried as I am getting sides on .25 Propecia already with zero slow down of shedding or thinning. I asked doctors about the topical estrogen and they all were very opposed to writing an Rx. The hair I’m losing is 90 long hair but thinner than base line, not sure if it’s related to minoxidil cycle? It was only this bad the first 2 months of minoxidil use. The RU should be doing something at the hairline.

Barely any itch. Was also told high Estrodial could cause shedding my T is high but so is E and the ration is off by 3-4%

I just don’t f*****g understand the back ‘safe area’ I showered today and counted 423 hairs without a drain catcher.

It showed ‘early androgenic alopecia’ but the doctor said any adult over 30 would show some degree of AA. She has been firm for 3+ years that it’s “85% chronic Telogen Effluvium, 15% AA” the shed has been constant huge volume for years. Recently the diffuse thinning has gotten much worse. I really don’t care about the recession just need to stop/slow the shed and maybe thicken up. Safe zone looks fucked as well.

these are all from 2019 for comparison.

I just looked at all your previous pics and I think that Emptiness does have a point. I think part of your anxiety is pointless because you (like many caucasians) have naturally low density. You will never be bald.

EVERY WHITE MALE OVER 40 WILL SHOW “early androgenic alopecia”. Like 90% of men have a degree of hair loss by 40. Like holy f*** dude shut the f*** up you arnt balding

Yes. And if not for the thinning/shedding I wouldn’t give a damn. I do question the ‘all Caucasian men have low density’ three years ago I could break a hope with my dense black hair at 40. A few year laters it has thinned out everywhere.

it is definitely not normal to fall 400+ hairs a day, this fall is not being caused by male pattern baldness. topical dutasteride with ru and oral minoxidil is the best treatment for male pattern baldness, if this is not resolving, the problem is another, have you ever had a sexually transmitted disease test?

At the very most you have is a slight increase in shedding from taking too many drugs that alter hair. That is all. It doesn't matter if you shed 423 hairs today, yesterday, and tomorrow, because it never shows,
yes and no - It’s obvious this guy is abusing his body for absolutely no reason, yes. I do not believe he has male pattern baldness and even his doctor is calling it age related thinning, however, his density has decreased massively. That’s because even without having male pattern baldness when a hair sheds from the root, it’s grows back slightly thinner. That’s why many woman end up with no eyes brows after years or plucking dem follicles. @bluecyclone you are doing this to yourself. You’ll have to live with that forever now. Stop blaming other People.

Doing what besides listening to f*****g doctors? They put me on thyroid meds, I didn’t seek this sh*t out. No I’m throwing every ducking thing I can at it and nothing is f*****g working. Stopping is a death sentence for what sh*t density I have left. At 40 my hair was ducking perfect. The doctors are f*****g liable.
