Whats up my fellow male pattern baldness brothers,
I am 6' and around 165 pounds, I want to gain around 5-10 pounds more of lean mass and keep it. I'm sort of on and off when it comes to working out hardcore, but I do get results when I do work out and eat a crapload of food. What are some ways you guys bulk up?
