For Those Of You With Acne Or Who Are Acne-prone, Did Finasteride Make Your Skin Better Or Worse?

(Just to be clear, the question is directed to those who either had some acne before going on the drug or would consider themselves as acne-prone, having had problems with the skin condition earlier in life.)

i had alot of acne as a teen, thankfully majority of it went away with no scars but before finasteride id usually always have 1 pimple or 2 on my face at any given time. It was rare id go a full week without a pimple. Ever since i started finasteride i get a pimple somewhere on my face like once a month, and they usually dont last as long as they used to. finasteride has definitely helped my skin which i think is a huge plus.

I think it makes the skin less acne prone. I think Dutasteride even does a better job with acne prone skin.
