Absolutely ridiculous they don't need FDA approval. IGF-1 is a drug. How is that any different than minoxidil? Sadly, they're using Follicept to promote their patch. How is the gel supposed to fare on hair in combination with minoxidil? I'm not convinced.

I hope I am wrong though.

Ok so IGF-1 is an anti-androgen for DHT or what??
I have heard that when DHT comes in contact with body hair it makes IGF-1 which causes facial hair growth but we all know that it can't be the same with hair follicles right??

Could anyone PLS clear the science behind it??

This guys tried to fund their project with indiegogo. They made 13k$.
And then they said they will use the money made with this "stuff" just for funding their patch. I've seen lot of thing but a innovative better working minoxdil made by a bunch of guys out of nowhere it's hard to believe.
I read the pdf they linked somewhere, no extensive study just common know info about igf-1 and then that pic, i don't think this will lead to anything REALLY working or a miracle minoxidil...

it's like minoxidil, it can't reverse miniaturitation but give you new hair and follicle maybe MAYBE. Anyway they seems so naive, i will never believe they will provide us a minoxidil without shedding and sides, it's near impossible come on they found out they could milk the baldies easly cuz we are desperate, and guess it, they are right lol

They will only release this product when they have good results and will post the negative results if there is one.
