Guys I need some help, Ive contacted Menspharma regarding some queries, but always get very vague answers!

They have infomred me that Fluridil needs to be applied on a dry scalp (no water) and needs to be left on the scalp for 8 hours.

The questions I have are:

1. Does the scalp have to be washed? As I use Prox-N and Xandrox in the morning, I was hoping to apply Fluridil about 6 hours after this. Is it ok to apply Fluridil directly onto the scalp after 6 hours or is washing essential prior to application?

2. How easy is it to apply fluridil and how quickly does it dry, does it leave any smell/colour?

3. When they say 'dry scalp' does that include non-greasy, as the earlier topicals can leave the scalp slightly greasy.

4. Do I need to wash my scalp if I want to apply somthing before I sleep, i.e. after 8 hours of topical application of Fluridil?

Thanking you guys in advance...

i think that 6-8 hours is fine and washing the scalp or not does not matter that much. as long as the scalp has no water when you apply fluridil and that you don't put anything else after for a while 6-8 hours it should be effective.

that's why fluridil has no side effects: becasue it decomposes in water/blood.

menspahamra told me that 1 ampule a day is the best dosage, but i am using 2 ampules 2 times a day now, and i am sure that the results are much better with a higher concentration if you have advanced/ aggressive hairloss.

the paper on BP-766 showed that a much higher inhibition of the AR was achieved at the high concentrations.

I was able to reduce my oral dutasteride to EOD and still maintain very well. I have no side effects at all and don't really need to use any other topical such as flutamide or RU now.
Before that, even dutasteride every day was not enough to maintain.

Cassin you might want to change that avatar after Crocop's recent Dreams performance against Overeem. I think the guy is done. He's a shell of the fighter he once was.

Hey El Duterino,

How long does Eucapil/Fluridil take to dry once applied?

..its very quick..maybe 20 seconds or even less..you just massage it a bit into the scalp and it gets absorbed right away.. its basically alcohol and some oil..grape seed i think.
it leaves no residues, no smell. I apply it in the toilets of my office in the morning. you dont even need a mirror.

no one including your girlfriend will notice anything.

Hey cheers mate, ur a star, :bravo:

I just have one issue which I hope doesnt become a problem. I apply minoxidil in the Morning with Prox N as I mentioned. I am hoping to apply the Fluridil at work, like yourself. I dont want to wash my scalp though as it will be too problematic- logistically.

I emailed the guys at Menspharma and informed them that the scalp has a slightly greasy feel to it (this is after I give the Minoxidil solution and Prox N 6 hours to dry). I was told its preferable to wash the scalp as the residue might prevent total absorption of fluridil. Is that true? If thats a problem and I have to wash my scalp then Im gonna be screwed and will have to think of a better routine- that will be hard.

Please advise...

then try one day fluridil, one day minoxidil, or fluridil at night after washing and carefully blow drying the hair, then waiting a bit to make sure scalp is nicely dry. I used to wash my hair twice a day (morning & evening) when I was using flutagel as it left residues.
Washing hair more often will not cause hairloss.

If you have aggressive hairloss, I would advise to use 2 ampules at a time. The guys at menspharma are saying that it is not needed, but I am convinced that i get better results that way, without any side effects.
I divide my head into 2 parts for each ampule content.

Dani UK - I presume you're from the UK

Where did you get/hope to get your Fluridil from? I've seen it online, but with the current weakness of the pound compared to the Euro, it works out at something like 70 quid for a 2 month supply...surely you can get it cheaper?

Hi Fundi,

Yep, from the UK- London.

I got my fluridil from Menspharma. It didnt do much for me so Ive stopped it. If it works for you, then buy the 3+2 offer from them and they wil chuck in a 6th box for free...

Hope that helps

Hi there,

I used two ampules a day and that was one application per day. I did this for two months.

Sadly for me, my hair was getting worse on this, so I had to stop it, as the problem with this was that no water based topicals can be applied to the scalp for 6-7 hours after applying fluridil, so that preveneted me from using anything else.

I have read it has worked well for others.
