Hey all. I started finasteride at 19 years old and now I'm almost 25. I started finasteride because I noticed my sides and back lose lots of density after taking accutane.

I have accutane induced hairloss, more specifically (DUPA), the worst of them all.

Anyways, my hairline has been receding badly the past year, as well as diffusing everywhere.

After lots of research, I decided not take Dutasteride, mainly because reducing serum DHT that much will affect your brain, and after lots of searching online, most people seem to actually have worse results than if they hadn't taken it.

I also don't take min because it caused me heart palpitations etc.

My question is, I started dermaneedling with the derminator 2 months ago at 2mm. I don't bleed much and I do it once a week.

Is there a possibility that microneedling won't work for someone with DUPA?

    Thanks

There's a good chance dermapen won't work for anyone.

Some get results but it's definitely not a sure thing.
