Update February 2018

August 2016, no cure, short hair.
Random photo of a friend.

July 2017: medium-short hair, sporadic and discontinuous care (sometimes minoxidil, finasteride when I remembered).
Photo with flash.

October 2017
Medium-short hair, photo taken with flash, finasteride shot recently, following a stop of a few months (negligence, no sides).
Beginning of a seasonal effluvium.
Photo with flash

November 2017
Medium-short hair, finasteride taken from just over a month,
Minoxidil resumed for about 3 days.
Full effluvium.
Photo with flash

December 2017
Medium-long hair, minoxidil from a full month (1.5 ml 1 time a day in the evening), 2 and a half months finasteride.
Photo taken without flash

January 2018
Medium long hair
Minoxidil from 2 months (1.5 ml 1 time per day in the evening), finasteride from about 3 months.

February 2018
Medium long hair
Minoxidil from 3months (1.5 ml 1 time per day in the evening), finasteride from about 4 months.

Report:
23 years.
Father with aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia at a young age. Paternal grandfather, beginning vertex thinning around 80 years. Grandma no Androgenetic Alopecia.
Mum thin and fine hair (like mine)
Maternal grandfather no trichological problem. Grandma no Androgenetic Alopecia.
Care:
3 months finasteride continues (In 2017 it was assumed in a discontinuous and sporadic manner.)
No sides with finasteride, increased periodic libido.
Minoxidil causes me dry skin, no burning, no itching, just a little bit of dandelion just awake.
I use shampoo to treat seborrheic dermatitis that I have been suffering since I was a child.
Less visual thinning thanks to medium-long hair.
