finasteride and brain fog - a frequent issue?

Preg isn't going to make that much of a difference, the amount that actually is absorbed isn't likely to make a difference to DHT levels. In any event, pregnenolone also converts to progesterone which works against DHT. So, even without finasteride i don't believe preg would cause hair loss.

So, you say it doeas make sense to take some preg as a supplement while on finasteride? I've googled through a couple of pages, they do mention hair loss as a side effect from prolonged preg use. Personally, it would be great to take some low dose of preg to inhibit all that allopregnonolone-related damage, but - aren't these two contradictory treatments? I wanna jump on the finasteride in near future. But, I'm seriously worried about (potentially) going castrated and mentally dumb due to sides, especially as I'm just 20 y/old
