Why does people keep posting shitty hair loss news, and shitty regimens?
Don't you get it?! NOTHING works, Propecia can maintain your hairline, but only for a certain amount of time.
No regimen is better than others, and no new hair loss products which will be on the market for the next 10 years will be better than propecia.

WHY the heck cant the fuc**** scientist still not find a way to cure this sh*t?
Because a cure for this is impossible, and anyone who thinks otherwise is a moron.

There's no cure (I'd define a cure as in: pop one pill or apply one cream to your head, and the hair there will remain intact and will never get male pattern baldness) but it doesn't mean one will be discovered.

I reckon maybe there'll be a cure in 20 years?

Regrowing already dormant follicles seems a much more difficult task, any therapy for reversing damage to dead follicles allowing them to regrow hair is probably further away than regrowing new skin on burnt tissue.
The "dormant follicles" I'm referring to here are slick bald areas, not the areas that minoxidil can work on. (we all know minoxidil won't reverse a NW6.)
This isn't going to happen for many, many years. The next generation of balders will probably be the last generation who have to go through male pattern baldness.

HM will be far from a cure. It seems to be it's just a hair transplant with unlimited donor. You're still limited by how closely the surgeon can implant follicles, and how natural he can get them to look. You won't get your thick flowing hair back.

That is a cure. In theory, yes, you're limited by the skills of the surgeon. But, if the "HM" hair is DHT resistant, than you're cured. You have relatively full coverage, and the hair is there to stay.

The cure will be a way to reduce the sensitivity of the hairs to androgens. Playing with our hormones is dangerous.

Well there is no official research on most of them but there is very strong anecdotal evidence, especially for RU58841 and spironolactone. Fluridil has had some research done on it with some promising results and can you honestly say that oral flutamide would not stop or atleast slow down your hairloss? ( assuming no hyperandrogenocity ).
