Rosemary oil has different phenotypes. alcanphor or cineol? BTW both are strong, be carefull with its concentration

I had fibrosis really bad but with how it hit me that 3rd application at around 20% to 80% DMSO I think I might have been forced to go seek medical help if I had tried it 50%. Rosemary oil is very strong on some things. It almost dropped me to my knees even at 20% the first time it really kicked in and the next few applications.

Hi guys. I just made an account just to post in this thread. Could anyone that are using rosemary+dmso breakdown the whole process? I've had experience before doing my own tinctures with mixing rosemary essential oil with carriers like joboba oil and castor oil.

When you guys refer to do a 20/80 (or 1 part rosemary oil and 4 parts dmso), are you referring to rosemary oil or rosemary essential oil? The recipe I've found for doing rosemary tictures with carrier oils are at 4%, i.e 1 part essential rosemary oil and 25 parts carrier oil.

If my calculations are correct, some of you guys are doing a 25%. That's insane.

I used a 20% (100% pure organic rosemary oil) and 80% (pure DMSO) mixture. I was ate up with fibrosis so when it broke through on my 3rd or so application it really hit hard. The throbbing for hours was crazy a few times until I got it broken down some. If you are like me you may want to try 10% first until you see how it hits if its breaking through. Also you need to take some days off in between. I think I was forced to space it with 3 days off between sessions of doing it. The amount of fibrosis there may determine that.

I just made my mix last night! Pure Rosemary oil 100% and 99.95 dmso 20 ish / 80. Did a patch test on a tiny part of my hand and didn't have a allergic reaction or anything but I did feel a tiny tiny bit of stinging / vasodiolation effect!

Tonight imma apply it to my trouble spots ( temple, corners, hairline) and the rest of my head.
*Edit: imma test it on my trouble spots first before i commit to doing it on my entire head*

I do admire the effort, but please don't try it on your scalp at first. Try it on any other hairy part of your body you are not afraid to get burns on. The stinging effect could be your scalp being burned and not vasodiolation. Let us know how it goes.

It didnt bother me much anywhere but my vertex area where I had the severe balding. My frontal still expelled a little bit of stuff though.

Okay so I did do it to my corners, hairline, temple and a bit of my forehead and the stinging sensation was strong but It wasn't intolerable i was still able to go about my day in peace! But now that I know what to expect tomorrow imma apply it to my whole head and place the swimmer cap on!
Edit: To add on i have this white ish / chalk type of ash on the areas I've applied the rose-dmso mix to.

(P.s. decided not to blow out or straighten my hair as it would just revert back due to humidity & moisture)

The OP of the reddit thread said it didnt work for him BUT this guy in the comments posted pics. Day 1. Day 60 and day 90. I think im sold. Looks like its actually working wtf? He uses Ethyl Alcohol 95% as a solvent with oleic acid.
So as it stands today the guy completely deleted his reddit account. Losing thanks for taking this screenshot for the hairloss research archives.

Alright did a few once a week applications with the DMSO/Fatty acids and the hairs I brought back after the initial 12 weeks of treatment are still growing. No more new hairs sprouting though so I think 12 weeks will show you all the atrophied follicles that can be saved by this stuff. I am going to go to a once every 10 days application now and see if it keeps growing. Will probably stick to that if there is no reversal of gains. It's nice not doing any more dermarolling since starting this.

Update: So I'm basically a month into the Rosemary/Dmso and I gotta say whatever it's doing it's definitely doing something! So the first day I did it like I said, I had stinging and a crazy vasodilation pulsing feeling on all areas I applied it to.

One area I applied it to was basically my face like I basically traced out how exactly I want my hairline to be with the topical! And my skin did something weird on these areas, my skin on my forehead/hairline got these weird plumpy bumps *via picture 1 & 2* for like 30 minutes to a hour and then they turned back into my normal skin texture and this whitetish chalk powder formed which I was able to wipe away.

So I continued the routine using the topical back to back once daily and I started getting these flakes all over my scalp, hairline, temples, corners, EVERYWHERE another person doing this routine as well posted about this too via Capilluscodex reddit *via picture 3* and this picture represents the exact same thing I've gotten!!! So now at this point I'm even more excited because I can see CLEARLY its doing something!

And I decided to test something so the pure rosemary oil I put it over my my hairline and what not to see if I'd get the same skin/ plump bump effect and stinging. No reaction nothing happened. I then made a 50/50 magnesium and dmso topical ( which I'm now doing) and I'm not getting that stinging crazy pulsating effect at all with this! So this tells me the Rose/DMSO mixture when COMBINED causes this effect!

So what now? So as of today I've put two strand twist into my afro so I can apply topicals directly on scalp way more easily! And what imma continue doing is using the Rose-dmso mixture and the Magnesium-dmso mixture!

What I'm looking to add to not only help MAINTAIN but get REGROWTH! Imma just be real and flat out say at I'm not inhibiting dht/5ar like at all. Did it before got non- sexual sides, brain fog, short term memory ish, slow/ less dense facial hair growth, emotional sides (not exactly deepression but being dang near ready to cry) and every once in awhile id get sharp testicle/taint aches.... so yeah won't be doing that. Another thing imma flat out just say this too
Imma find someway to incorporate ESTROGEN yes I said it. Obviously I want to keep my masculinity and what not so it's a slippery Slope I'm still trying to figure out! But with how it's looking I may just get estrogel and apply it to the scalp. But I don't know if that would be enough to get regrowth that we see some of the guys over on @Bridgeburns thread get.

Another one of course oral Minoxidil!
Serratiopeptidase. Amongst many more things!

In conclusion- The mixture is doing something for sure based off the flaking and the reactions I'm getting from it on my skin! My hair loss isn't super super aggressive but I will say I first noticed changes in my hair at 11 when puberty began my corner and peaks changed! Around that age I noticed my brothers hairlines and my peers hairlines could get line ups and such but couldn't due to how irregular it got. If yall want me to I can give a full slideshow of pictures of my hair from when I was 3 years old (pre puberty) All the way up to when I cut it last year- up to now! If yall see the pictures yall definitely be able to see how my hair changed!
