Face size and age

Does one's face size increase as one gets older? I heard that ears increase in size as you get older.

What rate does the face (and the ear) increase in size every decade?

Face size does'nt increase, but ear and nose size does because the cartlidge continous to grow throughout life.
Theres no way to measure the rate of growth its purely individual.

I read somewhere that your jaw bone does grow some as you age so that would indirectly cause your face size to change somewhat.
