Got it done on sept 24, 2025. Went good but because I destroyed my balls before it, I damaged my scrotum with alcohol so it is chronically painful. I might have to get scrotum removed because it is painful when I touch or scratch it

Ah I see. Well if the testicles are removed, then you should be good right?

Yeah you dont have to worry about estradiol anymore. There is an study which even says how a surge on LH and FSH can increase breast growth. My LH & FSH has increased but I am not interested on breast growth so I will rise my levels till my LH & FSH is suppressed again without going too high because high level long term can cause issues. I will try different dosages then do blood test to see what is the minimum estradiol that inhibits my LH & FSH. Since u are trams you might want these effects, that is why I'm telling you this.

Yes thanks, that seems good in all honesty.
I also read a Reddit comment
“Most of us though were probably on spironolactone (I was); and I definitely had the adrenal rebound for about six months.

Eventually the pituitary gets tired of asking for testosterone production and turns off. Estrogen monotherapy has already achieved this shutdown. The technical explanation is more complicated, but that's the overall effect.” They’re talking about post orchie, if you had an orchie a few months ago this could explain what’s happening or just sh*t is being localized in the tissue.

For those that use cypro, what is your plan to taper off it?
I tapered off cpa for monotherapy, so I took my time with it. Starting point was 12.5 EOD, reduced to evety 3rd day for 2 weeks, then every 4th day for a week and after taking it once after 5 days I stoped. Although, if you're on spironolactone, I'd probably drop it immediately to not overexert body.
If you have gallbladder issues, I would also recommend to not take any progestins (progesterone included) in the future, because they can work synergically with E to slow GB motility, while E also can thicken bile and worsen it's fluidity. Also, if you had liver issues with both Bica and CPA, it's likely that your liver is already tired, because Bica doesn't cause GB issues directly, only by overexerting liver AFAIK. Could be nice to test ALT, AST, ALP and GGT, just to make sure if liver is alright, just in case.

Decided to do T, DHT and few more stuff on 2 different labs. I did one blood test on Nov 11(this one is my regular lab where the DHT always comes back high) and other one on Nov 12(next day on a new lab). I had the result of DHT on day 5-6 in the first lab I did the test(my usual lab) and the DHT was 19.5 ng/dl. New lab took 14 days to give the results back of DHT while it took only 4 days to give the results of E2 and T so I suspect DHT was done by LC-MS on the new lab because it took too long to give the results vs T and estradiol. DHT on new lab was 3.3 ng/dl btw and T was 25 ng/dl on my regular lab vs 40 ng/dl on the new lab so it basically confirms that T was done by immunoassay. My IGF-1 is low and other stuff are low so I will have to work on that. I also need to relax on b12 since it is high

I'm getting so much brain fog lately btw. Im not sure if it is the bica 25 mg EOD with androgens already low or lowering my estradiol. Will try to lower bica to 12.5 mg daily to see if it helps, but I am almost certainly sure it is the bica since my SHBG is 95.7 nmol/L for no reason at all. SHBG should be way lower since my e2 is so 'low' for my body that it has increased my LH (which Idc since I have an orchi) but I think it can't decrease simply because I have not enough androgens to make it lower. There are ppl literally using topical T to reduce shbg so prob my best move is reduce the bicalutamide intake.

I tested all my bodily functions and everything is normal and my liver function is on the safe lower end nothing high at all. Everything like blood count cortisol, lipid tests etc is normal.

I even went to my Doctor and they said to up my fiber intake that’s it for the stomach/colon issues.

My T levels were 62ng/dl and E is 920pg/ml which is bad, guessing I dosed too high, and it was taken after a 4 days from my injection date. I’ll just lower my E levels and inject less.

Funny enough when I was on 2mg of e pills and 12.5mg of cpa It was going well no gut issues
