Depends on your level of adrenal androgens. You can use it if you have severely elevated dhea-s for example.

You can travel with your pills/vials without issues yeah, unless you’re bringing huge amounts and seem like a trafficker

Can I ask why are you using dexamethasone? Do you have some sort of adrenal abnormality?

Have tried almost everything else EV injections with bica, finasteride before that and had reflex. So now trying dex with spironolactone hoping I had elevated dhea or adrenal androgen problems

Reflex? As in reflex hyperandrogenicity?

That’s a pretty controversial phenomenon from what I’ve read and I’m not sure how much evidence we have for its existence so far.

What makes you say that you had reflex HA? Did you stop the use of all medication temporarily? Do you think it’s over now? Did you get blood tests throughout your regimen?
