ive read onlyne that you need dosage of biotin more than 1 mg daily to be able to falsificate blood test…
so i think my levels were legit

It doesn’t matter. I think it still can interfere, but yeah your levels were probably right. Now, in the next blood test you should stop the vitamins with the biotin for one week, then perform the test.

i dont drink because of hair

every time i consume nicotine socially i am internally thinking about how its affecting my hair. this is incredibly minimal

i take adderall once in awhile if i'm desperate to complete tasks. all i can think about is hair when i do this so i don't do it often at all

everything i eat is hair focused. my diet is very strict and my protein intake is insane recently for hair.

i'm just on a different level from you guys. and thats okay

Nah im done with it. dutasteride never worked anyway after 1.5 years and had the exact same side effect from it too. I even tried topical finasteride for months no results and same side effect too because it it goes systemic. Been off and on finasteride for years to realise that I cant handle it or continue. Despite going off finasteride for 4 months a year ago the side effect stayed which indicates permanent damage or very long term damage. Threw the finasteride and the min in the garbage and wont return to it this time its time to accept reality.

Also new findings about oral min has come out that it does block some dht. And affect androgen related functions, and that sh*t is bad for your heart and health anyways.
