I just meant that it’s good to opt just for sls free, if it’s possible. If his hair texture is okay after these shampoos, then it’s okay for him. I talked about my experience and you, you are just cursing, while I HAVE NEVER EVER did that all these years that I am here.

And please, don’t try to be an expert on me when it comes to hair loss, while I am reading endlessly since 2019.

Be more specific next time. Hair texture is one thing hairloss or thinning is another. But OFC bad hair texture (dryness especially) could snap the hairs in half more easily if you arent extra careful when brushing or combing the hair. like that useless keto shampoo that dries your hair like the sahara desert. But conditioner always fixes the dryness of sls shampoos. But I avoid conditioner because it flattens and weigh the hair down. Im just being extra careful with my hair after the shower.

Reduce hydrocortisone to just once a week. Keep using more the Vichy shampoo one because it has more effective ingredients than the baby one. Just drop the f*****g baby one. It’s so pointless….Maybe do the Vichy one 3 times per week, and let it sit more on the scalp while doing a good massage with your fingertips beforehand.

I actually used sls free for a few years 'a more natural shampoo' until I gave it up. Hair still thinned ofc. And most sls free shampoos cost alot more.

Well, the experiences differ as always. I just searched for Androgenetic Alopecia specific shampoo sls free, and it made tons of difference to my hair texture. More illusion of volume/thickness. Before I started using Androgenetic Alopecia specific sls free shampoo, everything I was putting to my scalp, it was making my thinned hair like x10000 times more thinned! Sooooo wispyy and fragile, lifeless.

You probably dont wash your scalp daily like me. I even wash it twice a day sometimes after cardio. If u have buildup it means that you are a dirty PIGLET.

Sls shampoo can’t cause buildup… What we just said is that sls shampoos can affect some individuals by making the hair more thinner/fried texture like, like it was happening to me, for example.
