Beer is bad. Gives u a belly and kills your liver yes. But its hard to resist when depression hits and I recently lost my job. I do 1h cardio at home EOD and lift weights and often fast for 24h. I want to have a nice body. I will do cardio today despite being abit drunk f*** it.

Instead of drinking, you can do something else, like sports, as you mentioned, or go for a walk. You can talk to me privately if you feel bad, but don't drink. It's no use.

I'm sorry about your mom, don't drink, you don't want to end up like her, break that cycle, and try to find something to do, I know what it's like to have low motivation, if I tell everything I'm living or have lived you would probably end up crying, but you have to keep going, I try to do everything I can even though life pushes me down, just don't drink

Yeah I will first start lowering my Estradiol to see if I can further lower my shbg to get more Free T. Im trying to avoid ditching bica because it helps with minoxidil hypertrichosis but if I have no options I will lower and stop it

You need a blood test with:

Estradiol
Estrone
SHBG(very important)
Total T
DHT
Free T(very important)
Androstenedione(very important to rule out adrenal issues)
DHEA-S( same as androstenedione)
3a diol G


High shbg fucks up everything. Same if you have high adrenal androgens or high DHT. You cant miss any of them in your situation.

You know my situation, I wish I could get that analysis done, but I can't, and I don't know what levels I have because the way I feel I'm sure I have everything in the f*****g sh*t, I cry all day and I feel disgusting from not feeling anything in my genitals and having erections and things like that.

Yes every three months tho. If I lower my estradiol now I wont know anything for 3 months so I am acting kinda blind as well

You have a recent analysis, I don't even remember when mine was, on top of that it came out wrong, and now I can't get another analysis, probably never again.

If you can push a bit further you should get androstenedione and maybe dhea-s, but with free T, e2 and shbg you can see if your shbg is better now and if your free T is too low due to very high shbg.

I can't even afford the Dutas anymore, I can't even get a test done so that's great, I just washed my hair and half of it fell out so that's great too... I'll just go to sleep and that's it
