But estrogen on hairline wont do anything. Like T and DHT are much more potent than estrogen, so they will bind to AR and keep doing its stuff cause u will have lot of androgen in your blood stream. The thing about systemic e2 is to nuke your androgen production so you wont have many androgens and estrogens can exert its effects. All that said some ppl keep losing hair on hrt due to backdoor dht so dutasteride is never a bad idea
We are not sure if it will even work as in paper. There was a huge hype with pyrilutamide and it ended up being sh*t

True.. so what can be done about reflex like I said dude Ill never forget growing upper arm hair that’s still here till this day and just shedding somedays 1000 hairs this was back when I was 21 not now.. that was reflex fully because I had super thick hair to the point the barbers would have to thin it for a fade then my dumbass jumped on finasteride and bam sex drive through the roof tons of hairs shedding out body hair growth.. there’s Noway in hell it was just a coincidence no way in hell.. I’m back on in now 1mg 3 times a week so far not the crazy sex drive but also still shedding.. what’s the month you think to say okay finasteride isn’t working?? Been on it this second time around now for 4 months with topical min mixed with tren and melatonin plus oral min 5mg plus laser cap plus scalp massager.. f*** I know this sounds nuts but if I ever had a kid and at 41 prolly not but if so I’d have to see the girls dad before f*****g and if any hair loss I’d say sorry I can’t bring a possible son into this world to go through this hair loss thing..

I do remember after finasteride and the reflex thing I got my hands on dutasteride real aka avodart and i remember my hair not coming out when i was pulling on it but all them years ago I can’t remember why I came off I can’t remember if I ended up with hair loss again it was so many f*****g years ago.. I had a test for lpp done 3 months ago the test came back and said negative but then I read there not always rite but f*** so I gotta go get another biopsy done..
The red marks are basically the backdoor pathway of DHT that doesn't need T to create DHT. You can have very active 5ar1 as I do(did a genetic test) and even with estradiol alone you wont solve your hairloss cause estradiol lowers T which indirectly makes 5ar type 2 less effective cause there is no substrate to feed the 5ar2 . Dutasteride and not finasteride is mentioned because finasteride does not block 5ar1 which is responsible of dht from the backdoor pathway. Even dutasteride at standard dosages inhibit 51% of 5ar1 so maybe you will end up needing more depending on your genetics, only way to know is trying it.

You can search on internet genetic test for hair loss. Some ppl say it is a scam but I everything it says on that thing is true in my case.
Yeah I tried it back then but we’re talking 2006 and for the death of me cannot remember why I stopped of how long I did it for.. the Doctor was a fruitcake he’d give me anything I asked for I said I need avodart uhhh okay bam that easy I remember trying it and remember thinking this is the end for my hair loss and grabbing my hair hard kinda pulling and either nothing came out or a few but I just can’t remember why I stopped it maybe I ended up getting tons of hair loss from it too but I just can’t remember for sh*t..

Maybe you can try it again. If you have enough money you can even try 2.5 mg per day. If that doesnt work then HRT is your last resource

Finasteride nor dutasteride or minoxidil stopped my hair loss. I never tried 2.5 mg because I didnt have the money, so for me HRT was the only viable way to recover my hair, but def didnt work perfectly, helped for sure but needed dutasteride at the end of the day and more than standard doasage
