Even with HRT I havent fully solved my hair loss issues tho, but I have managed to manage the other stuff pretty well

Havent used tret for a whole week on the face and im peeling so bad. I have been using tret for 4 years and it never suffered from this on the whole face at the same time. Maybe it has something to be with crushed 5ar1? Idk I will see on the blood test. If .y serum has drastically lowered it means the solution it working and indeed 5ar1 inhibition is the culprit of this.

16, my bica and injections came in I just haven’t picked them up yet hopefully tmrw, but for the past 3 weeks I’ve been on cypro6.5mg with 2mg E and .5dut + raloxifene. Only slight new hairs around the hairline and overall hair is thicker.

Any idea of JAK inhibitors, or diabetes focused medications that can help with inflammation hairloss or Androgenetic Alopecia in general?

Any good corticosteroids that anyone currently use’s or knows of one that’s good to add maybe once weekly to hairloss regiment?

I did the blood test today. I must say im afraid because I am losing lot of hair and losing density.

Never had a T spike on injections. DHT got lower after stopping cpa

do you think that will not be my case since my dht was 5.0 ng dl while using a progestin too?
I expect my dht to be the same maybe a bit lower next week (4-5 ng dl)
after that am gonna increase my dutasteride dosage and to blood test after 3 months

Both are not using HRT. One of them used her but stopped dutasteride when started hrt. Makes no sense. Also sometimes the backdoor is so strong for some ppl that they have to take more dutasteride.

wdym by hrt? One of them was using cpa and estradiol 2-4 mg daily
