Idk. Avodart formulation sucks so bad that bioavailability is very bad and unpredictable. There are some studies trying to increase dutasteride bioavailability because current formulation sucks, so yeah we dont know, avodart bioavailability can range from 40% to 95% depending on the person so yeah that pill is literally a lottery. Such an outdated formulation if you ask me.

Basically using SNEDDS, you can take a look if you want. Such an interesting topic but hard to make a good SNEDDS irl if you ask me.

I wouldnt say it wont reduce scalp dht, maybe not the ~80% they say exaclty. Maybe it is 70 or so depending on how good your body absorb that bad formulated drug

Finasteride is a joke while on hrt, your T is already suppressed and dutasteride is doing everything for that

after the end of the hair growth cycle with this hormonal profile the next hair growth cycle should be at least way "healtier"

If it is Androgenetic Alopecia related, that would be the treatment to lower you androgens to near 0. And ofc consistency is key like everything in life.

I think it can still be high but you can keep it for now till you do the next blood test after a month or two without cpa to see how are things going and then change the dosage(or not) depending on the blood test results

by high you mean T or the dosage? If you mean the T that would be a problem since i will be forced to take higher doses of e2 for a stupid thing i did(taking cpa in the first place with already high e2 doses) and then needing more to suppress my T

Overall, feel free do dislike this, but I think that minoxidil advantages while on HRT are oveblown. Here, I said it!

I think many ppl can still benefit from it. I was stuck with uneven and kinda recessed temples despite years of HRT and after using topical minoxidil it turned most of the stubborn vellus hair terminal. I never had a decent hairline and I have a good amount of hair there after 2-3 months of adding topical minoxidil with tret.

All of the hair on the hairline in both pics are thanks to topical minoxidil + tretinoin.
