No. Even after 3 years no one suspect i take estradiol. I still have a male face just with better skin and hair and some changes in the eye area.

My hair was worse months ago. Pre hrt I was balding so fast even with dutasteride and oral minoxidil. Only hrt improved my hair but always with the help of dutasteride, minoxidil and possibly bica. Only estradiol would never help my hair loss because my genetic still produce a lot of DHT even without testosterone

I always wanted to try Bica but my doctors are not comfortable prescribing it even though they continue to dispense Premarin.<rolls eyes>

Used to have that with CPA. Could even be prolactin issues ngl. Have you done prolactin blood test? I rly hated CPA

Nothing below the neck? You are young though. I see distinctive female changes to your face from the male norm even if I cannot articulate exactly what leads me to the conclusion.

Are you in Australia or Canada? But yeah, that's very skinny for being 5' 11" or so. You have little to no chance of significant breast growth with those proportions. First that is borderline, malnourished and two, most people don't get very noticeable breasts from HRT so I think you are safe there. You still have to deal with the potency and fertility issues but you can rock that long hair for all the ladies but you might not be able to bed them down<smirks playfully>
