I will keep that in mind, thank you! Maybe if I can manage my hair loss issue I get motivated and study something related to medicine. I've always liked medicine, my sister is studying it at the moment and it is fascinating!

My hair is so f*****g bad rn, I cant even comb it due to all the thinning that is going on. Im afraid it wont show good enough in camera tho since I have longish hair and it can hide all the diffuse

@sg2000 You really wanted everything to be so easy, didn’t you? Just how you start hrt, a so serious regimen, without studying hours upon hours? You need to understand a lot of things before you start hrt…It’s not like 1+1=2 and that’s it…. I am reading your posts. You are in a panic mode. Asking and just asking. Well, I don’t wanna sound harsh, I am trying to make you realise that hrt is no joke. Anyway, if you want to keep using hrt, just stick to your e2 injections, Dutasteride, Topical Minoxidil/Oral Minoxidil and Bica. Drop cpa. It’s mostly trash. It has the dynamics to convert progesterone to DHT, increase prolactin and tons of other sides. Bica is just better, period. Stick to a stable regimen for at least 3-4 months and track your progress. Check for any vitamin deficiencies, etc.

Well, like 95% more hair from all members on this forum. You are stable for years, so Finasteride or even Dutasteride did something. Otherwise you would be in a worse state than your current mop. You have so much hair man, enjoy it. If you want to be still here, especially on this thread, you really need to change your mindset and stop judging so harsh and trolling whenever you want. I consider myself bald. And no duta did nothing it made my hair 10 times worse and finasteride I have used on and off over the years. I just got slow hair thinning. And why is almas here? She got nw0 and is no longer balding. I bet many more. Im actually going bald like adri and sg2000.

To see what’s truly balding aggressively? I bet you don’t. Your hair looks good to me, very good. At least from what you are posting. Anyways, I said what I wanted to say…I hope that you can still keep that amount of hair for many years to come, and not face what aggressive Androgenetic Alopecia means.

ive talked to noha kennedy and he said that he kept shedding and regrowing too till month 6-7 so maybe its my case too.
And also he said that a lot of people stabileze after 1 year on a costant hrt regimen.Things were going good and maybe i can recover with hydrocortisone too and now that ive changed injecting time

my current regimen is dutasteride 0.5, oral min 5 mg, cpa 75 mg a week(planning to quit it but slowly) and EEn injections 11-12 mg every 10 days and hydrocortysone butyrrate 3 times a week
