I feel like cpa is needed for oily hair. spironolactone is so weak compared to cpa. Cpa is the only thing that will truly dry out hair and face.

I cut my tabs and it has no coating it can melt fast in my mouth if I dont swallow it fast. I get zero stomach issues all good here.

Also when do you think in generally shedding will stabilize? After 6-7 months?I know that the hair cycle is slow but fuckk.
Cause i improve then i shed then i improve and then shed again this makes me f*****g nervous..
Now im going through an heavy shed and maybe the reason is that i changed the injection time and the dose? (before 0.4 every 14 days and now 0.3 every 10 days)

It has been four days with the megadose and I feel so tired all day like extremely tired. This morning I had very hard time waking up despite sleeping 8 hours and with a very big headache. I have been extremely tired all day since yesterday but today it is peaking(my family asked me if I've slept well because I look tired af by how I talk). Maybe the mega doses are doing it's work already, since I already have built up 1mg of dutasteride for months and the peak levels of this dosage if the formulation is good and the dutasteride powder is legit must be high af or maybe im just getting sick and getting paranoid lmao. Anyways I will have the results in 31 days regardless

Probably. If the dutasteride is legit and my formulation has hit a good bioavailability(which I hope by how clear it looks) I have already taken 38 mg of dutasteride in just 4 days in top of the 1 mg daily for months and 0.5 mg for years.
I hope it is dutasteride and not because I am getting sick from something else(like ball rottening in the sac and all that.

I can try it if it is really dutasteride and my dht is near 0 or undetectable.
I have also seen it can disrupt some cortisol pathways. The 5ar that is responsible for that is the 5ar1 so it would also be affected in my situation, but I have been reading and there is nothing to worry about here

Yea seems like a semi useless pathway, just helping to excrete the cortisol but I have been reading the 5b dihydrocortisol can compensate the lack.
I think the worst is neurosteroid depletion but I will risk that in order to lower dht. I can always tweak the dosage but first I want to be sure if it works or not.
please answer honestly im living an hell.

I have been trying with different alcohol concentrations. First one was my first formulation with mct and dutasteride powder alone. Second one I added very very low alcohol (0.4ml alcohol for 22.5 mg dutasteride and 15 ml mct oil) still cloudy so the formulation wasnt good. Third one was way better at first (clear as water)(0.6 ml alcohol for 22.5 mg dutasteride and 15 ml mct oil) but after running experiments and letting it sit in the solution for like 24+ hours the solution turned partially white as you can see, so the solution could still be improved). Fourth I finally hit the sweet spot with still low alcohol exposure but clear solution even after 24+ hours in the solution(1 ml alcohol, 22.5 mg dutasteride and 15 ml mct oil). Without these experiments I wouldnt conclude that the 3rd solution wasnt as perfect as I knew, it is so important to let it sit for 24h or more to really see if the solution is really dissolved to improve the bioavailability as much as possible.
Btw I have calculate the amount of alcohol I have to take per day and it is 0.377 per day so basically trace amounts that u can find in fermented food too so nothing to worry about here.
Also note that the first pill(left one) was completely useless and my dht didnt drop significantly so the bioavailability of that must've been so trash

Would prob do but Im gonna run this test for a month till I get the blood test results. Im basically using mega doses cause I dont trust my formulation 100% and DIY formulations are always less bioavailable than legit pharma pills. Avodart pills are already only ~60% bioavailable, so I'd expect mine to be way less than that maybe 40% if im lucky, so from all that dosage only the 40%(just speculating here) will hit my blood so maybe the dosage is not as high as I imagine but enough to vanish 5ar1. That is what I want to test this month. If the DHT is near zero or undetectable in next blood test, I will be lowering till I hit a sweet spot.
I got a new utrasound next monday. I got 4 more before so I am checking them regularly with the urologists
@BeardCombover im just tryin to find a reason or an explanation of why im still shedding like crazy and every time its improving then after i shed again and this cycle repeats only with the difference that i shed more than i regrow.
Do you think that my question is stupid and obvious cause the shedding is simply due the fact that i changed injection time and dose and nothing else?

Yeah, I want the best therapeutic dosage with the best side profile as possible, but there are many stuff that can go wrong with DIY formulation(like low bioavailabilty, powder issues and so on) so I risk it and do high dosages at first to avoid to have to wait longer for the experiments to succeed.
I am trying to maximize the effectiveness so I can recommend it here for the people that needs it because they have hair loss resistance, high dht despite using standard dosages(like me) or just because they want to spend less money and go with powder route.
Y know I wish I had the motivation to do it but I have severe ADHD and studying is a torture for me. Also all the mental issues im facing from this disease(hair loss) are too bad too make me motivated.
Please can anyone else give me an honest and sincere opinion on this?

It happens to me too. For some reason I always lose my gains. Now I am thinning without a shedding, my density has completely vanished. Maybe mine is because all the inflammation my body has been facing with testicle destruction or maybe the fever that made me hospitalized for 9 days due to an infection on testicles. I will never know but I have had many shedding cycles as you describe. I doubt the change in dosage would cause that big of a shed. Remember women are always with highs and lows in they cycle yet they are not balding. Same applies for people on sublingual pills or even Estradiol valerate injections
i reduced 100 mg a week to 75 mg a week and as you know im know injecting every 10 days instead of every 14 days.
But i think even before i shed then improve and i was really excited and euphoric and then i shed again and this cycle reapeat again.
