I am.not rly sure about that. I have more miniaturization than a year ago and i use estradiol bica dutas minoxidil, topical corticosteroids to address inflammation, even used spironolactone too while on the whole stack I mentioned

theres nothing to do with this, i eat enough animal protein and still losing hair.

my face was ugly before estrogen + i don't want male sex drive back whatsoever. gender is meaningless.

You might as well need some antipsychotic, that is what you missed in your regimen. Also some SSRI it improves aromatization

i think hrt can prevent Androgenetic Alopecia . if not we are all stupid here keep taking sh*t and still going bald(still miniaturizing).I really doubt you can still have significant loss after 10 yrs of hrt

Is not just us, womens also go bald even with high estradiol levels in blood. Theres something more. Funny sh*t is womans go bald in diffuse pathern, same as me and as a lot people who dont responde to normal treatments.

I still think you can. Receptors on young people are so mutated than even minimal androgen signal will make us bald

tbh the best solution would be an oral androgen receptor degrador and not abiraterone or corticosteroids that also affect adrenal glands. You kill your f*****g androgen receptors you are saved cause androgen would be on serum but wouldnt be able to do its job on tissues, as simple as that
