Serum DHT does not matter as much as follicular DHT, which the latter is made inside the hair follicle and does not appear in blood tests

I guess the best thing someone can do to ensure complete DHT destruction is Dutasteride + Bicalutamide

I want to try topical finasteride because I had an upregulation on oral finasteride while I originally took topical before and didn’t seem to have that strong upregulation. Currently on EV injection 6 mg Monday and Friday, bica 50 mg every other day on about week 3. Having a little shedding but I’m afraid it’s not working. Bica initially shut down my libido couldn’t produce for around a week but it seems to have come back hoping I just need more estrogen to block the remaining upregulation.

More Estrogen never hurts tbf. As long as you take proper blood tests to ensure it ain't overly high. Also, don't forget vitamin deficiencies and anemia. They can cause shedding as well
