Ok i found a source to get the dutasteride on my country again. Im gonna take 10 pills of dutasteride for 2-3 days to get a loading dose and get to 1 mg concentration real fast. Maybe I even keep taking 2.5 mg for a week or so so i get there even faster

This is why most of the people are just not suited for DIYing. IMO, if you want to successfully self-medicate, its a mandatory to know at least basics of anatomy, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and main receptor pathways, otherwise you're just relying on intuition and others opinions. I mean, intuition is good and all, but it's purely based on your knowledge about this world. And if you apply it to matters that you dont know the concept of, you're basically bulding a skyscraper on the foundation of a pit toilet.

yeah thats what im going to do.My derm prescribed me a lotion with hydrocortisone minoxidil finasteride and progesterone.The missing ingredient is only hydrocortisone (loicodon) so only adding it could have some benefits in my case thats why im going to reincorporate it with my current regimen.By doing this im still doing what my derm told me

im not going to use progesterone at all since im using already dutasteride to reduce 5 aloha reductase and btw she prescribed me 0.5% prog 3 times a week so its usless imo

Progesterone can help block a backdoor pathway of dht with 2.5 of dutasteride taking it rectally to bypass the liver

+1. Im using all this cause I did a genetic test and I have all kind of f*****g sh*t mutations. Poor cyp19 so I have no aromatization, moderate to high activity of 5ar1 and 5ar2, that is why even with low T my dht is unmanageable without high amounts of dutasteride to control the 5ar1, high angiotensin 2 activity so my circulation sucks, tendency to low IGF-1, Col1a1 moderately reduced bad sulfotransferanse, ptgfr-2 and ptgfr-3 mutations. Basically my genetic suck ***, without e2, high dosage dutasteride, minoxidil with tret + oral min and some supplement for collagen synthesis, antioxidants and arginine for better vasodilation I prob wouldnt have hair today and prob would have wrinkles at my age (that is one of the reasons I was prematurely aging, but I managed to recover thanks to everything im doing).

NO f*****g doubt why my dht was still at 59 ng/dl even with 0.5 mg dutasteride daily pre hrt. What would I expect with 0 aromatization, and moderately to high activity on 5ar1 and 5ar2... I literally couldnt battle my genetic with just dutasteride basically impossible. Way cheaper to use e2 + 1 mg dutasteride at least. Otherwise I would have to use 2.5 mg dutas which is hella expensive and even that wouldnt secure anything since 0 aromatization is also bad
