Expired Shampoo?

Does the date on the shampoo bottle really matter? Do some shampoo's even have expiration dates? I ask this for two reasons. I have the Revivogen bio-cleansing shampoo which doesn't have an expiration date and I have the Nizoral 1% shampoo that does. Now the nizoral expired on 4/2006. Is it ok for me to keep using it?

I answered this on the other post in General Discussion, but Hillary Duff just convinced me to answer again.

It is said to be good for about 2 years after it is made.

After that it is usually completely safe, just less effective.
