I work specfic muscles in the gym one day and then do some sprints or something and then work another set of muscles(different from previous day) and then jog or somethin like that. This way I get more weight concentration to the specific muscles I work each day because I'm focused on a few muscles each day instead of a broad variety(everything) when I did it EOD. Feel me?

They reckon you should do regular exercise.person said:I heard it isn't advisable to exercise every day, rather you should exercise every other day in order to rest your muscles. However I like the idea of exercising every day so what do you guys think?
