Looks normal. Guys who have fine hair with low density are going to show scalp with their cowlick or swirl. I have the same thing and just sprinkle some toppik on it and it will be gone if it bothers you. Go see a hair transplant doctor to confirm you have no miniaturization in that area.

What are the sides of propecia? What can be expected?

2% risk of sides, and they are temporary and go away after you discontinue the drug. They are sexual related sides and include: low libido, moderate to severe ED, lowered sperm count/semen volume, 1 in 250 will develop gyno as a result of finasteride.

You can expect for shedding to not change or even accelerate for the first few weeks to the first few months, followed by stabilization. Not everyone follows that pattern though

Seems like not having a deep voice, absence of body hair and not being able to grow a full beard makes you look for "manly" things to treat such as early baldness. I have all combined, and it fvcking sucks.
