Terrence Hill has amazing facial structure and has a horizontal face and is still balding. If anything galea plays a part but not the fact which facial shape you have or your facial structure.

https://images.app.goo.gl/Q3CXSL62eVdRSGJL6

If I compare myself my pictures with less lens distortion to JFK for example I can objectively say his face is not more horizontal than mine.

I really think this has nothing to do with balding. Like I said, if anything the shape of the galea can play a part in balding.

horizontal faces do play a big part if you have a normal galea. Look at sam worthington for example, he has a good horizontal face but he is norwood 2 because of his galea. And you cannot possibly say your face is just as horizontal as jfk. He has a square face.

Here is more proof. These are not coincidences.

Here is JFK next to his father who is bald. JFK did not go bald and he also had a horizontal face.
View attachment 147572

Here is Jensen Ackles, his brother and his father. Look at Jensen's father's face and receded hairline. Both jensen and his brother are norwood 1 and also have horizontal faces.

Here is an indian actor and his father. None of them went bald and both have horizontal faces.

Mario Lopez and his father
View attachment 147574

Look how good Rob Lowe's facial structure is compared to both of his young sons who are receding. He is in his 50s and has a perfect hairline and is not balding.

Like compare these two pictures. If JFK had a horizontal face, I have too and yet I'm still receding. Facial shape does not play a part or it's as small contributer only. There are many factors at play, many genetic variables and maybe also the shape of the galea. But not facial structure and facial shape.

his face is much wider than yours and his jaw is too. When i said facial features dont matter much with a horizontal face i meant weak cheekbones, weak chin like that indian actor, or a slightly crooked nose. Jawline is important.

My jawline is great and his face is not much wider. Just look at the pics. My selfies are not representative.
His face appears wider because I have hollow cheeks but if you look at the jaw width and cheekbones width it's roughly the same.

You do not have a square face though. His face is much more compact and has a square shape.

Well like I said no. Even my hairdresser always tell me that I have a square face shape. Again just look at the pics that have less lens distortion. His face only appears much wider because I have hollow cheeks. But the jaw width and cheekbone width is roughly the same.

That's a close up. Now you are cherry picking. I provided the pics that match reality closer. I know my face better than you my friend.
You told me this was not distorted.. You showed me and said this is how you look without lens distortion. Also that whole thing about knowing your face more doesnt make much sense. Yes you do obviously. But for example. Lots of people can see the similarities between ben stiller and sam harris, but they know their own faces much more and do not see the similarities. Just like we...as outsiders can see that you do not have a square face like JFK. Your barber may say that you do, but it is nothing like JFK.

You literally can see in the pics that there isn't really much difference. Do you think I'm blind? That's just a weak argument. A barber that specializes in face shapes knows more than some random dudes on the internet with all due respect.
In addition that picture you chose is at an slight angle and the clothing makes my face slimmer as well (turtlenecks tend to do that). You just have to trust me on that one when I say that the other pics I provided are closer to reality.

Again I'm not denying that there could be some correlation with the galea but I don't the buy the "horizontal face" and craniofacial development idea. You can say it's more likely for them to not lose their hair but it is not impossible.

Horizontal face with an average galea or decent galea is an extremely good combination. It is not just about galea.

Also these pictures are not very angled. In every headshot he took his face wasnt facing the camera 100%

Like I said. Take it from me. My face looks more like the pics I provided and even then it does not do it justice. And there is literally not that much difference between him and me.

And yeah maybe it is a good combination. What I'm saying is that it is nonsense that you can't be balding if you have a horizontal face. When other factors like genetics and a bad galea join the horizontal face you can still recede. Maybe not go full blown bald but still recede.
