Dutasteride shedding and destroying my hairline, should I go back to finasteride or ride it out?

Still using dutasteride, everything is fine in that department. But my scalp is constantly getting wrecked by dermatitis because of topicals, so I had to drop them altogether. I must be the unluckiest person ever since even foam causes irritation. Now I'm experimenting with oral min again (3mg twice a day).

my dermatitis has reduced recently, first time in a while.

Nizoral, T-gel, salicylic etc did nothing.

Started ‘selenium sulfide’ shampoo. Scalp cleared rn.

Nothing noticeable now. I am also on 1.25mg finasteride for last 25 years so hope a small bump will help. Plus 2% nizoral 3 days a week.

No - this amount 1 capsule added is pretty minimal.
