Can’t tell if that’s reflex or not but it was $25 on Amazon and goes into the phone and shows very up close so now ppl can’t say oh there is or isn’t progress now the scope won’t lie.. how do I unplug the sebum and I’ll admit I haven’t wasn’t my hair in 4 months because I’m scared of the shed but when I put the scope to the sides and back of my head super clear no sebum no mini hairs looks very healthy it’s just the first 2 inches in the hair line where it’s bad as I posted

Nope only oral gonna start topical with oral min starting tomorrow but I’ve not washed my hair in over 5 months

Dude you need to wash wtf man... I wash daily sometimes twice a day. Sebum and dead skin can block pores and hair folicles and cause inflammation. Not washing will only make hair growth worse. Sebum also contains DHT.

That’s what I thought okay bro I’ll wash it tonight but like I said it’s only the first 2 inches of my hair line but the back and sides are clean af no imflamtion no sebum so it’s weird one place can have it and not the rest

I have it 2 percent just haven’t used it.. weird tho the endo today said so what even if you did get upregulation your dht isn’t dectecable so what can the receprtes too there’s no dht to bind but I didn’t wanna argue with the guy

So I think I’m gonna try this.. they said a scalp biopsy can show dht in the scalp and a.r density so if I get the test and it shows crazy amounts of ar density then that’s proof the up regulation is happening correct??

Buy yourself a clarifying shampoo. You need to get that scalp clean. Maybe also a glycolic acid exfoliating scalp scrub. 5 months with no shampoo while on dutasteride. Very bad move.

Been on dutasteride for 2 months only.. rite now I’m on oral min 5mg 2 years no results… lasercap a good one 30 mins everyday no results scalp messager a good one electric version and it feels good but no results and finasteride 3 times per week for a year no results so everything is the same but no finasteride and now dutasteride for 2 months with no results.. on hand I have oral and topical spironolactone but haven’t used them yet
