Dupa/retrograde Balders Does Anything Work?

I’ve thought about this but dread the inevitable shedding that will follow if I come off it. My boobs are actually small for a few reasons: Genetics, exercise/weight training, and underdevelopment from having anorexia through my teens.
I’m not entirely sure what to do about the estrogen. I feel like it does play probably the biggest role apart from dht in all of this, but then technically diane35 should work really well like it did for Anty and lots of women. Hormones are so unpredictable and difficult to play around with. To be honest I was excited for Brotzu because it claims to have estrogenic qualities (s-equol), which to me might be really helpful given my hormonal issues... but that’s obviously been a big flop so here I am. Searching for answers once again while we all what for shisheido and Tsuji so maybe one day cure us all.
Wasn't Antydhtor a guy? For males estrogen usually produces remarkable results hair wise so I wonder why in your case as a female it isn't working the way it should? The only solution I can think of is what I mentioned earlier about having no hormones at all. You may or may not shed because if no hormones = no further hairloss then that should = no shed. I'm probably dumbing down the process a great deal but I'm damn sure I'm right about it.
Tsuji will be the saving grace for the rich and famous, not for the likes of us normal folk. Maybe some day when I win the lottery I will go the Tsuji route and buy you a new head of hair too.

Yeah he was Asian. Literally regrew all his hair and looked like a woman because he was on diane35. Crazy but it worked for his hair.
Thing is, I do have hormones whilst on Diane. I have LOTS. I do have a theory that it’s the progesterone content that’s causing the weird hairloss though. Check out this link
http://www.sitri.it/document/low-local-estrone-alopecia/
It discusses the role of low local estrogen rather than dht effecting the hair follicle. One of the photos there cites “low local estrogen and elevates 17OP progesterone”. This could mean that the combination pill I’m on has too much progesterone to estrogen ratio maybe for what I need. Regardless, it seems that adequate amounts of estrogen are essential for the hairline as you see in the photos and given my own experience.
Now HOW THE HELL TO FIX IT

Also @AnxiousAndy check this out

What pisses me off is that I have literally been on ALL of his treatments combined plus stronger versions and it hasn’t stopped my hairloss. Seriously?!?! Darolutamide is literally the last antiandogen I could try and it’s currenlty failing.

@bridgeburn check the link above
how about switching to bio identical estradiol? ethynl E doesnt inhibit Dht but estradiol does

"Estradiol exhibited 40.8 +/- 14.2% inhibition at 10(-4) mol/L (P less than .01), whereas ethinyl estradiol at concentrations from 10(-8) to 10(-4) mol/L failed to inhibit 5 alpha-reductase activity. "

That’s a good question. I have been considering switching to 2 x 5mg triestradiol (a mixture of estradiol 10%/estrone 10%/estriol 80%) and 100mg progesterone daily. The problem is however, that this is still a much lower dose than diane35, and I’m thinkjng about the shedding fallout that’s likely to occur upon cessation of the pill. Frankly I’m terrified. It’s a huge drop. I plan on seeing my gym to discuss, but certainly, it’s something that I have considered.

Estrone and estriol are weaker than estradiol and they will take place on receptor sites

What do you mean they will take place on receptor sites? Isn’t that a really good thing?
no, because they compete with stronger estrogens.

I see! So just plain estradiol 10mg maybe (given that menopausal hrt is 2.5-5mg and I need double that because I’m so young).
lol, maybe. but be careful. sounds like a high dose to me.

Is your mother bald? It must suck being a woman with hairloss when most of the treatments available are usually only for men. I had a look at some of the before and afters, they do look like they had the same problem you have. The webpage mentions 17alpha estradiol could be an effective treatment, but we know 17beta is more potent so maybe that is what you need instead of this crazy cocktail of powerful synthetic estradiols and progesterone.

Wow what a transformation! Better than Bridgeburns, which is still astounding. This person is probably on a harder regimen and is actually trans so it's not a big shocker there. Nonetheless made a full recovery which is awesome!
Also @bridgeburn any new regrowth?

My mother has thin hair after menopause but it’s not Androgenetic Alopecia. It’s just thin. My dad has male pattern baldness and so donmy grandfathers on both sides. My dad has a similar pattern of loss to me. :(

I will say though that I am the only freak in the family with low estrogen. My mother tried HRT during menopause and she couldn’t take it because it gave her massive bleeds and migraines. Neither of my sisters can take the pill for the same reason, and my eldest sister had to take aromatase inhibitors to fall pregnant because her E was so high. I almost choked when she said “I’m in aromatase inhibitors”. The thought of that sent a chill through me DHT-soaked scalp.

Also for anyone who replies to this thread I want to be really clear: What I’m talking about is not but temporal recession with diffuse thinning. I mean the entire, whole hairline line a band around the entire head. Think of how Chinese people used to shave all around their head and leave a circle. That’s what I’m talking about. Nape, sides, ears, forehead, temples. The lot. Just making that clear.

diffuse thinner here ...i remember before starting minoxidil i used to do prp and mesotherapy expensive but worth it those 6 months where my golden era in hair loss my shedding decreased i mean like 10 or 15 hair at shower. nothing when running my hand through my hair then i started minoxidil and shedding began and of course i panicked and i thought prp lost its power and cancelled my prp and mesotherapy season big mistake after 2 years now i know shedding was from minoxidil and stupid doctor didnt tell me about shedding phase ...
