Man...this looks so good... Could it really be as good as it looks? Why wouldn’t other top docs, like Feriduni, use this technique if it works so well?

The reason why it looks legit is because there aren't any combovers, completely different lighting tricks. The doctor includes post-op pictures so you can see how clean the graft placement is, not to mention the donor as well. And the hair length is short enough to see the individual hairs.

It is such a contrast with some of the bloody butchery you see elsewhere.

No idea. I’ve made contact with him myself. Next available consultation is in January. He’s a bit slow to respond.

I would likely be looking at a 3000 graft procedure myself, so 12k euro plus the flight and hotel to Sofia is quite a good price, when elite doctors like doctor Konior ask 12 USD per graft.

Certainly if I go ahead and do it, I will document it and make a thread for everyone to see.

If you guys are wanting to know how legit this is I would really recommend asking on the hairloss transplant forum, they really know their stuff there and have alot more specialised knowledge then what we have on hairloss talk

Again this is fantastic but out of reach of affordability for many including myself. And let's not forget about the risk. Extracting that many grafts means they better f*****g grow right or it will be a botch.

Also the likelihood of needing to travel there multiple times over 1-2 years is a big turnoff.

Not really. That place has mostly become an echo chamber for blind faith in certain doctors. And if you dare criticize a result you are told that "it's too early" to rush to judgement, you need to wait 18 months to judge the result lol.

I view that place as just another datapoint to consider for your overall research, but by no means some source of expertise. Perhaps from only a select few posters.

At $4/euro per graph, its not out of reach in monetary terms. This assumes you want 10k+ graphs. If I had 10k+ graphs transplanted, Id be on the cover of Vogue.

Risky, sure... but this again assumes you need 10k+ graphs... I think people that want/need 10k+ graphs are the minority.

The chance to travel there multiple times for 1-2 years is low I would say but the possibility is indeed a turnoff.

Dude I would strongly advise you not to rush into some place in Turkey just because of cost. The appeal of marketing tricks and low price is what lures unsuspecting patients like you in. Do your full research and evaluate all possible outcomes before taking the plunge.

If 4 euros per graft is too much, consider elite clinics such as Hasson and Wong who charge 10 dollars per graft? Mostly every reputable clinic in Europe will charge this much, and I think Dr. Bisangaa in Belgium charges 5+ euro per graft up to a certain number, and then 3 euro after.

If you’re complaining about the cost, motivate yourself, I’m 22 and make a good amount of money busting my *** off because I’ve been on this forum since I was 18-19 saving for tsuji, this disease is a nightmare but it at least made me need to earn a lot of money.
