I would say it’s the opposite. There isn’t a lot of information about this but my experience was that you really need to wash your hair and scalp often if you have a hairloss. I’ve been doing “no-poo” for about 8 months and didn’t use shampoo for almost 4 months at one time. My hairloss got exponentially worse during that time. I don’t know if propecia just stopped working (which I doubt) or what but here I am, trying to reverse the damage with duta, which turned my hairline to sh*t.

I would say for majority of people that are suffering from hairloss to wash hair with shampoo at least once every 3 days. If you go to the gym and sweat a lot do it even more often.

My hair gets extremely oily very fast and I have to wash every day or every other day. When I don't wash my head gets really itchy so I think regular washing is good for hair. Don't use harsh shampoos though.

Washing your hair often actually helps and stimulates hair growth.Letting your hair dirty and oily can clog the pores and also your hair gets unhealthy and weak because of it.

I have a different view and understanding of how baldness works. I think why we havent found a generic solution is because there aint none. I think there are more problems than one. Inflammation. Dht. Blood circulation. Dandruff/flakes .Genetics. Washing the hair to frequently. Yeah i know oily hair etc. Why doesnt washing the hair allot affect non baldies? Why do some people get regrowth with supressing dht while others dont? Why do some get regrowth by improving blood circulation (minoxidil)?

Diffuse thinning. Male pattern baldness. A combination of both.

To search for our own remedie we need to ask the right questions. The questions only you know. When did it start? Inflammation/itching? Etc

Dont forget that a hair cycle takes months and months.
