Does Propecia Work Well For People With A Naturally Low Level Of Dht?

I know it won't work as well as people who have high levels of DHT, but does it still have an effect on those with low DHT levels?

It does work well on people with high DHT. In theory it should work just the same for people with low DHT too, although more likely to experience side effects.
