Hey all, as most regulars to the site probably know ive been on loniten for a little over 2 months now and im getting lots of newly grown fine, dark hairs on what was previously bald areas along my hairline and temples. I did have an initial shed which ive not fully recovered from yet, since the shed im fairly certain my hair has not gotten worse so im happy about that. This question is for those who have had decent to good regrowth from minoxidil, when you first noticed your hair was coming back did it start off thin like a miniaturised hair would be and then eventually grow into the same thickness as the rest of your hair?
Im asking because ive got quite a fair bit of new thin, dark hairs and if they thicken up i would be a Norwood 2 again maybe even Norwood 1.5!
Hope to get some responses :)

New hair always start out thin as that tends to be the tip of the hair follicle and that is why it looks miniaturized right now. As it grows out more and more, you'll start seeing the root, which will make your hair look thicker.

Thanks for the reply :) Yeah that totally makes sense, i was just looking for some reassurance.. conventional treatments have not been kind to me so im being extra paranoid about how this treatment will turn out.
