Hello, so pretty much my mom always tells me my hair is thinning and I’m gonna go bald and now I’m wondering if it really is, can you guys please tell me if I am. I’m 14 years old btw. I went to the doctors and they made me get a blood test, I took it and I found out that my calcium and vitemam D is low. I’ve been taking medication for that and I’ve been taking biotin (1,000 mcg) everyday

Is your dad bald? That may mean you will be bald in the future but right now you have nothing to worry about. You have a full, thick head of hair!
No he has a full head of har but it’s thinning because he’s a old guy he’s about 50 years old and is it normal when I cut my hair short I can see perfectly to my scalp, dose that mean anything?

Doesn't mean anything. I think your mum is just trying to annoy you for some reason. If your dad has full head of hair I think you will be fine for at least the next 15 - 20 years then maybe you may start to have some hair problems. For now enjoy life
Alright! Because When I don’t comb my hair (like when I first wake up) you can really see my scalp and it’s really worrying that’s why. your hair seems fine so far to me. but i do want to add to the genetic side of thing. my dad is a Norwood 0.5 at age 57.
yup. my grandpa (before he passed away at age 65) was also a thick norwood 0.5 with no sign of recession whatsoever.
i however started losing my hair slowly when i was 19 and became noticeable at age 21.
my mom's side does have some balding genes but it didn't become noticeable for my uncles until they are in their 50's.
