Hard to tell with that photo. You need to take a photo of your whole hairline slicked back and damp. Looks like you are thinning.

Yes, you are receding and thinning. Does not mean it will get worse but I would be using finasteride if my hair looked like that. That's just me.

I am scared of Finasteride, I don't how it's gonna affect my body. People say it has bad effects on some people.
Can I use minoxidil and dermarolling ?

Just use topical finasteride and minoxidil if you are scared. Minoxidil won't stop the fundamental mechanism that causes balding. You might be able to hold on to your hair for a few years but if your gene is aggressive you will be forced to either go bald or hop on finasteride.
