Does It The Replacement System Look Real?

If my hair gets worse i will maybe use the replacement system but my question is :Is it noticable that it is fake or looks real?

Yes, if you get a good quality system with an age-appropriate density, and you get it cut in well, it is virtually indistinguishable from natural growing hair. It does require good aesthetic judgement: either by you or your salon.
