It's a common belief that food intake has not much effect on hair loss especially if you are genetically predisposed to male pattern baldness.
I do realize that genetics is the major culprit for hair loss, but based on my experience, what you eat matters somewhat.

To give you more background, I travel from Monday through Thursday for business purposes.
Because I rarely have to pay out of my pocket during those days, I usually get large meals with a couple of drinks here and there.
I try to squeeze in a lot veggies and fish, but usually end up eating a lot of bread, greasy food, and alcohol.
During weekends on the other hand, I try to eat very healthy and as little as possible.
I eat lots of veggies, grass fed lean beef, and at least three meals with fish.

Strange part is, I shed **** loads of hairs on weekdays when I am travelling (overeating), but during weekends, I shed almost no hair!
Just now, I had a huge dinner and noticed **** loads of hairs falling out from a shower.

I know that hair shafts/scalps aren't supposed to act that immediately and takes 2-3 months for the follicles to wither and eventually hit telogen phase (shedding).
However, another side of argument says that if you have a certain medical condition such as autoimmune disease (Celiac, Lupus), lactose intolerance, or thyroid condition (hypo, hyper, Graves, Hashimotos), your body can respond almost immediately to negative input.

I was curious if anybody has experienced almost immediate shedding from a large and/or unhealthy meals. If so, what was the work around for it? I would sincerely appreciate your response.

Eh probably not, but unlike NoFAP I highly suggest eating well and a good diet! It's a win-win either way.

Huh, you might be overthinking things but I did have an awful lot of shedding during my shower yesterday night and prior to that I ate a literal feast of cheap spaghetti and drank 2 cheap 40oz of Steel Reserve.

Still, I know a retired pro boxer (my dads friend) who has ate extremely healthy throughout his entire life and still does yet he is a NW7 at 43 and has been for years prior to that, since his late 20's.

I don't know what to think anymore.

I agree with your suspicion that food allergies can lead to hairloss. I was consuming a lot of coffee and would always get half/half in my coffee. I noticed a lot more hairloss when I was eating very clean so it was easy to trace it back to the dairy in the coffee. I knew I was slightly lactose but unaware of the impact on hair. I cut out dairy and my hair has been improving ever since on the same regimen.

I know eating on the road is hard but you can prepare your vegetables before your trip if your traveling by car. Even if your traveling by plane, you can still eat healthy if you make a stop at the local grocery store and prepare your food in your room with a few supplies. You can have a solid diet by consuming only raw vegetables, nuts, and fruit. Eating meat only on the weekends is a good compromise.

People reach for many explanations to try to explain the unexplainable. I think its like 95 percent predetermined for you from just genetics and your androgen levels. I dont think anything really majorly changes your androgen levels enough to alter the course of male pattern baldness. Eat good or dont but male pattern baldness goes along its course regardless so IMO you can do nothing really to alter male pattern baldness right now aside from propecia or minoxidil.
I know a lot of people that find many patterns or have ideas of how to win more at slot machines. Its easy to think you have found a pattern in randomness because sometimes it does form patterns. Maybe you notice more hair on certain days or when you eat certain foods on certain days and so on. It doesnt mean though there is some cause/effect relationship unless of course you could prove it.
