Do You See Any Difference Between This 2 Pics? (dermarolling + Minoxidil + Trinov)

Hello guys, I'm 24 y old, actually Norwood 2-2.5 i guess.
Recently (2 weeks ago) I added to my routine dermarolling and trinov (Brotzu lotion). I know is really too early to see any result, but do you see any difference between these 2 pics?

I'm not using Finasteride, only serenoa repens 400 mg + minoxidil 5% + Trinov (daily)
Dermarolling 0,5 every other day.
Nizoral 2% three times at week.
Dermarolling 1,0 mm once in two weeks.

the most recent one looks the best however the lighting is different in both,also your hair looks very good in both.
Are you sure that you are actually balding or experiencing a mature hairline.
I think your goal should be trying to keep what you presently have because there is no balding in my opinion.

Two hair doctors i've met told me that they see few miniaturized hair, and that my alopecia is going to be really slow. On the other hand, judging from some pic i took last year, it looks to me that my front is receding. Maybe I'm actually getting obsessed, but I don't know what to do. What sort of hair doctors did you see to get your miniaturization mapped? Just normal FUT transplant ones? How much did they charge for just the consultation if so? I'm in a similar situation I think
