No need to even think of a second procedure at the 5-6 month mark. 12-18 months before that is addressed.....my 2 cents.
Amazing thing about this case is that the coverage is excellent for a Norwood 4-5. Like I said, the pics make it look thin b/c of the harsh lighting but in person it may look so much better and natural. I bet DR would get away with a great ceasar cut or a foward flip job.
