I'm a 25 yr old guy with diffused thinning. I have black hairs, but they are not dark enough, looks a bit brownish. I eat a balanced diet. Any supplements which can improve the quality of existing hairs?

Multi vitamins, biotin and vitamin D are vital supplements for hair health. Also think about finasteride, it helps most people.

Thanks Andy, im already on finasteride 0.5 daily since 1.5yrs. There hasn't been any significant results so far. But the hairloss has slowed down

I have black hair too. I know what you mean about the color. Hair spray, nizoral and t-gel all dry out my hair. I use olive oil and grape seed oil throughout the week. Grape seed oil works best for me when I coat my hair with it while hair is still a little damp. Plus it doesn't have a smell to it unlike olive oil.

My hairs were dark black, now its bit brownish and dry. I apply coconut oil, which helps but shows up a lot of scalp. I'll have to go for a matte look greasy product.

I leave it in when I am not going out or at night. There's no need to stare at your hair after putting it in.

I know, i haven't tried, it's kinda embarrassing if someone touches your hair
I use toppik and dermmatch, once its set and dried it won't come off if someone touches your hair.. Scratching is another story.
